Mr Kong holds directorships in both private and public
commercial companies in Singapore and Malaysia. Over a span
of 35 years, he has developed business interests in
Singapore as well as the region. Mr Kong has also served in
a variety of community groups for more than 20 years. They
include organizations like the Home Nursing Foundation,
Raffles Junior College, National Trade Union Congress (NTUC)
Cooperatives, Community Development Council, Town Council
and the Strata Title Board among many other charities and
grassroots committees. |

Dr Choong May Ling, PPA (P)

Dr Choong currently serves as the Deputy Secretary for Security in the Ministry of Home Affairs. She began her civil service career in the Ministry of Health. She has since held various senior positions in the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, and Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts before joining the Ministry of Home Affairs on 1 Dec 2003. She has also been concurrently appointed to the board of the National Environment Agency with effect from 1 Jul 2006. |

Mr Abdul Halim Bin Selamat

Mr A. Halim Bin Selamat is the Director of UPS Asia Pacific Region Strategy Planning and Development and his portfolio centres around strategic planning and growth in the Asia Pacific. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the National University of Singapore and a Masters in Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.
Mr Halim is actively involved in community work at Tampines West Constituency as a regular volunteer at the weekly Meet-the-People Session and Vice Chairman of the CCC's Welfare Sub-Commitee. He also serves as an Exco member of a local community self-help organization - Persatuan Jawa Al-Masakin |

Mr Chay was for many years in the private sector as a senior management executive and in Parliament where he was an elected member for 18 years. He is currently the Non Resident High Commissioner to Sri Lanka. engage employers to support the mission of SCORE. He holds a

Mr Roy Quek, PPA(P)

Mr Quek is the Director
of the National Population Secretariat in the Prime
Minister’s Office. Prior to his current appointments, Mr
Quek was with the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of
Education. He has also served on the Boards of Ngee Ann
Polytechnic and Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts. Mr Quek is
a member of the Leadership Council at St. Joseph

Mr Siew Heng Kwok

Mr Siew was the Vice-President for Personnel and Industrial Relations at the Overseas Union Bank before he left in mid-2001. He is currently an independent management/training consultant and an associate trainer/lecturer with the Singapore Institute of Management. Mr Siew not only chairs SCORE’s Establishment Committee, he also actively volunteers his services at various voluntary welfare and social service organizations. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of Singapore, Masters in Business Administration from St Mary’s University (Canada) and a Graduate Diploma in Social Work from the National University of Singapore. |

Mr Soh Wai Wah PPA(E), PPA(P), PBS

Mr Soh graduated with a 2nd Upper Honours in Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of Cambridge, UK in 1985 on a Singapore Police Force Overseas Scholarship. He obtained a Master of Science(Criminal Justice) from Michigan State University in USA in 1995. Mr Soh has served the SPF since 1982 before his appointment as Director of Prisons on 1 Jan 2010. In the course of his police career, he was assigned various critical duties, including the duties of the Deputy Commissioner. Since 1 Jan 2010, he is the Director of the Singapore Prison Service. He was awarded the Public Administration (Silver) medal in 2000 and the Public Administration (Gold) medal in 2009. |

He currently chairs SCORE’s Industry and Development Committee and the School Advisory Committee of Sembawang Secondary School. He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Singapore Polytechnic. Mr Tan is a Life Member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES) of USA and the International Institute of Refrigeration (IIR) and also a member of the International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration (IIAR). |
