Director / Deputy Director (Corporate Services)

Reporting to the COO and as a key member of the management team, you will oversee the finance, technology, investments and corporate service functions to support the organisation in achieving its mission and vision.

Assistant Director (Food Services)

You will be responsible for the overall performance of the Food Services unit. You will manage and oversee the sales, marketing, operational and financial activities of the unit including staffing, budget, operations, business development and customer relations.

• Recognised degree in Hospitality, Business or Arts and Social Science preferred
• Minimum 6 years working experience of which 3 years must be in a managerial position with relevant experience in food services

Assistant Manager / Manager (Linen Services & Special Projects)

You will assist to manage the Linen Services business operations to provide effective and efficient operational support to SCORE businesses. You will develop and implement operational service excellence measures to meet customers' requirements, implement projects to enhance inmate's training and employment opportunities, develop contingency & operational plans to ensure business continuity and manage cost though implementation of innovation projects.

• Recognised degree with at least 3 years relevant experience

Assistant Kitchen Operations Manager

You will assist the Operations Manager to manage and enhance Kitchen Operations by supervising the chefs and inmates deployed in the kitchen in the production of meals and ensure prompt delivery. You will also ensure compliance to hygiene practices and work safety and food safety regulations.

• Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years relevant experience in food safety and kitchen work safety preferred
• Possess basic knowledge on store management and training experience in related industry
• Team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Candidates with institutional catering experience will have an advantage.

Operations Manager, Logistic, Operations & Special Projects

To assist in the management of Changi Prisons Complex (CPC) Transit Centre (TC) and Warehouse & Distribution (W&D) Operations by liasing with key stakeholders, ie., Prisons, SCORE and its customer and logistics partner CLF Express, to streamline operations and ensure that operations, systems and processes are run effectively and efficiently to meet the logistical and security requirements of Prisons, SCORE and its customer.

• Bachelor's Degree In Engineering or Science or Business Administration or Logistic Management.
• Experience in leading and supervising teams in production or operations or quality control.
• Planning, organising or management experience in logistics or warehouse & distribution or production or manufacturing environment.
• Good leadership and motivational skills.

Assistant Manager / Manager, Aftercare

The jobholder is responsible in developing and enhancing the provision of community-based aftercare services together with Prisons, halfway houses, community partners and related aftercare agencies. In addition, the jobholder oversees the smooth administration of the Prisons Halfway House Scheme.

• The position would require a graduate with a good degree.
• Prior experience in dealing with inmates / voluntary welfare or community organisations will be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills and pleasant disposition.
• Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Ability to plan and organize work schedule efficiently.
• Independent in handling routine situations and good problem solving ability.
• Excellent writing skills.

Case Manager

You will play a key role in facilitating job retention of offenders and ex-offenders placed on work reintegration programmes. You work with strategic partners to develop and implement strategies to facilitate offenders securing and retaining their jobs. You will also conduct site visits to check on offenders on work reintegration programmes and provide regular updates to facilitate the monitoring of their progress.

• Recognised Diploma, experience in managing ex-offenders will be an advantage

Executive Officer (Events)

You will support the Community Partnership Team by providing administrative and logistical support for Yellow Ribbon's community outreach and partnership activities. You will compile and collate historical data and maintain the partnership database for ongoing activities/events. You will also source for collaterals or goodies bag items by working with vendors and doing up tender documents for purchase of items and provide event support for any YRP road shows or engagement activities.

• Diploma Holder
• At least 3 years relevant working experience

You will also monitor the daily laundry operations to ensure that hospitals' linen requirements are met in terms of quality and delivery time. You will also supervise inmates in their daily work and train them on laundry operations.

• Minimum 'O' level/NITEC with relevant experience in production line or laundry operations
• Possess a customer-oriented mindset
• Able to perform shift work

Operations Officer - Kitchen

Plan, organize, coordinate and direct daily production activities and processes to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of orders. Oversee kitchen management, including manpower deployment, proper equipment usage, hygiene factors, pest control and safety factors. Manage work program to inculcate work values, ethics and skills to inmates.

• Diploma or professional qualifications in Food & Beverage or Manufacturing Operations.
• Candidates with minimum of 3 “O” levels passes including English will be considered if there is sufficient relevant operations management experience.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a food production facility.
• Candidates with institutional catering experience are preferred.

Accounts Assistant (Events)

You will assist to update receipt of payment; process payment for trade and other creditors account payable for payment either through Inter-bank Giro (IBG) transactions or payment by cheque; update payments made and reconciliation of creditors aging; filing of payment advices and any other duties assigned by Supervisor.

• 'O' level or Diploma in Accounting
• No prior experience is required. Training will be provided.

Executive Assistant – Billing (Laundry)

Linen Attendant

You will be assigned to hospitals specified by SCORE. You will collect, load/unload soiled linen bags from/unto trolleys, push and move trolleys, load/unload linen from laundry vehicles, wash linen trolleys, conduct quality checks, prepare, deliver and replenish clean linen. You will also count and prepare vouchers for special items.

• Primary school, must be physically and medically fit.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays if rostered.
