Singapore Corporation of Rehabilitative Enterprises (SCORE)

A statutory board under the Ministry of Home Affairs, SCORE’s mission is to rehabilitate and help reintegrate offenders to become responsible and contributing members of society.

Our Vision

We build bridges of hope for offenders and their families.

We contribute to a safer community by successfully reintegrating offenders.

We exemplify and lead in creating a more compassionate society that offers second chances.

Building Bridges of Hope

As the lead aftercare agency, and in support of CARE Network, SCORE wants to build bridges of hope, by establishing links between incare and aftercare, between imprisonment and the society, and between offenders and their families.

SCORE also wants to close existing gaps by ensuring the development of aftercare infrastructure and services, and to integrate these services provided by various agencies and community bodies.
