Recruit ready-to-work candidates

One of the important factors for successful reintegration is work. To help offenders to be gainfully employed, SCORE has worked closely with many employers for many years and we understand the challenges in finding trained and motivated employees.

We work closely with employers to understand their manpower needs to ensure a meaningful and win-win partnership.

Our services

Through collaboration with WDA and NTUC, training conducted for inmates are nationally accredited and not different from what other Singaporeans are going through.

We screen and shortlist candidates based on your requirements and their skills set and work experience

Each placement exercise allows you to interview up to 10 candidates in one session

Case managers assigned to each successful candidate will provide support for clients and employers through site visits and telephone calls for 6 months.

Through our programmes and services, we have seen many offenders change their lives for the better. For some, their resolve to upgrade themselves and reintegrate into workforce has been recognized at national level.
